Pidgin is a very good multiprotocol IM client that supports MSN, Yahoo, Google, AOL and more IM networks on only one interface, what means that you don't need to run a lot of IM clients to chat with your contacts who use different IM networks.

Thanks to Pidgin Portable you'll be able to use your favorite IM client on any computer, you only need to have it stored in your pendrive or any other USB drive. It's easy, plug in the USB drive and run the executable file, that's all, you don't need to install it, what means that you don't need to have administrator privileges to use it.
